Be responsible for the Word Wide technical consistency and standard respect for the core infrastructure 


  • Be responsible for the Word Wide technical consistency and standard respect for the core infrastructure (Exchange, ESX, Windows forest, Linux servers, Mobile Management…)
  • Manage a Follow the Sun team of 6 people
  • Listen and understand the business requirements and find solutions to match them
  • Do proactive management of the technical infrastructure (i.e. planning for future needs, always think improvements and capacity planning)
  • Be in charge of the follow up of his budget
  • Need to be really hands-on: including installation, upgrade, configuration, administration and maintenance on mostly Windows server based systems
  • Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Expect duty to expand beyond normal business hours

Profil recherché

  • At least 7 years as a Windows system admin
  • Active Directory & Domain administration, including GPO, DC, child domains, ADFS and DNS
  • Windows Server Administration (Windows 2012 R2, and above
  • VMware ESXi and vCenter administration (from 6.5 to current)
  • PKI, root CA and certificates
  • Exchange Server Administration (v 2010 and 2016) and SMTP understanding (MX, SPF, Dmarc etc…)
  • SAN storage (NetApp FAS or MSA), NFS/CIFS protocols
  • Veeam backup technologies will be a plus
  • Networking global understanding (DMZ, load balancing, firewall, Vlans, etc…), will be a plus
  • Linux systems (Debian…) will be a plus
  • Cyber security knowledge will be a plus (principle of Ransomware, password policy, DLP, DDOS…)
  • Manager role in a similar position for 1-2 years
  • Need to understand the legal and compliance challenges and their impacts on the IT (Dodd-Frank, GDPR etc…)
  • Understanding of the financial aspects of the Software licensing model of the different vendors
  • Honest and trustworthy

  • Capable of prioritising tasks and to meet critical deadlines
  • Ready to work extended hours when required
